Receiving system message; Ink system failure,OXC 19a0023...on my B210a photosmart printer

HP Photosmart Plus  Model B210a   Windows XP   Error message on printer screen reads   Ink system failure, This is followed by an error code,   OXC19aoo23..   I installed new HP ink cartridge.  Removed and re-installed power source.. Disconnected USB and re-installed..  Removed and cleaned print head according to HP trouble shooting recommendations...Nothing was changed or added   I shut down the printer in the evening and the next day on start-up the above messagg was on the printer screen.. Have spent about 6 hours going through HPs Help and support and troubleshooting web pages....  OK folks now it's your turn to help me out...

I have the similar issue - only a few months old - and complete ink system failure on a set of new cartridges from HP after about 1 week of usage? plently of ink in the carts - 0xc19a0003
