Hello--
I have a L7780 All in One, using Windows 7 64-bit.
Recently, streaks starting appearing on any printouts using blue ink, in other words, there is no blue on regularly appearing streaks about an inch apart.. It is not a scanning issue and so has nothing to do with dirty glass (although I cleaned it anyway.)
I cleaned and realligned the printheads three times and installed a new blue cartridge but the streaks are still there. Do I need a new printhead?
