URGENT! New magenta ink cartridge shown as empty - cannot print at all!

I have just changed all ink cartridges, but the dark magenta shows as empty and requires to be replaced before I can print anything. But ALL cartridges are brand new, bought today... What to do??? I urgently need to print!
