I removed my high-capacity black 564XL cartridge which was out of ink. I inserted a new low-capacity black 564XL cartridge. The new cartridge will not print whether connected to the Windows 7 64-bit computer (USB) or when using the Scan function on the C309g.
I tried a second new black cartridge with the same results. The other four color cartridges work ok.
The extimated ink level window shows a full black cartridge.
No system changes have been made

I have this same issue. Everything works great but 564 XL Black. Even print test page, no black, only colors.
Also saw a post to go into the print properties and chnage color management to Application Managed Colors. Worked for another user, but did not work for me.
