After I put in a new 564XL black cartridge in my 5510e all-in-one B111 printer, and gone through the alignment process, I continue to get "align cartridge" messages. Sometimes they pile up a dozen or so deep on my screen. I have tried aligning again, and then again. I've tried rebooting. I've tried opening the alignment window and then clicking close.

Try alligning from the solution centre
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking all this from my own experience and not for HP.

Sounds good. Can you expand on "solution center?" I found a procedure buried deep in the HP files, that describes aligning from the printer itself, by passing the computer. Is that what you mean?
