all in one HP Photosmart 5514 B111h printer black cartridge

We just set up our new all in one HP Photosmart  5514 B111h printer yesterday.  The black cartridge seems to not print always and printer will not align.

The printer cannot sucessfully align if it is not printing black. Try the steps in the document, especially the one to clean the printhead. Is there no black at all in the prints? If you follow all the steps in the document and still can't get the black to print properly, you will have to contact HP for warranty support.
