cartridges 61/61xl

Can't find 61/61XL cartridges anywhere. Printer only a year old and stores telling me they don't carry these. Where would i find them? Peterborough, Ontario.

This link shows both 61 and 61XL cartidges and it looks like there's actually a sale right now, shown below the price on the website.
