Sorry, but I'm not understanding your question. You want to know how to clean the printheads on your Photosmart 4780? That process is referred to as cleaning the cartridges (since the printhead is attached to the cartridge in this case) in the document linked below:

You don't see your printer on the HP Utility? Try downloading the HP driver for it:
