I bought the cartridge from HP. When it arrived yesterday I checked with the HP fraud prevention site which told me the number on the security hologram on the carton was not valid. I can't find anyone at HP to deal with this issue. What should I do?

If you think a supply is not genuine you can go to the link below and report it.

Thanks. I've done that and no help is offered aboutverification or replacement of the cartridge. However I also discovered HP's software for authenticating cartridges and it tells me the cartridge is OK so my problem appears to be solved.
