Hi tummycouch,

Are you using ePrint Home and Biz? What device are you using? The option to print in black and white is not available on iOS.

I don't know what you mean by "device"?  I have the printer plugged into my laptop computer (a Toshiba, not a MAC).  I was just trying to have all my printing (emails and print screens from the web) be in black.  My last print of an email was in barely readible blue tint.  But, I know I have a lot of black ink left in the cartridge. 

 

I am also not sure what you mean by biz or the other term you used.  I don't know what IOS is either.  Sorry I'm such a computer novice...

It's not a problem, this board you posted on is for ePrint Mobile printing from Android and iOS devices etc..
