hp6520e black print cartridge missing or failed, depsite it being new

I got an error message saying my black cartridge was low, then that it had failed, so I replaced it.

I also replaced the othe colours as well, but I still get the message

So if you're getting the msg on multiple cartridges it could be a problem with the printer. Is it still within warranty?

Printer is still in warranty, but I managed to fix the problem by resetting the printer (didnt realise you had to leave on then unplug all cables, and wait 15 secs to do this)
