i took out my black cartridge on the right and now it wont go back in .Phot smart 2575 (60 Views)

Sorry to hear that you are having that problem. Have you looked in the slot of the machine to make sure no debris or other items have fallen into the machine or worked their way free to keep the cartridge from firmly snapping into place? There will be some resistance when pushing the cartridge into the slot. A lot of people feel that resistance and are afraid to “snap” the cartridge into place fearing that they will break the printer. To put minds at ease, I am including a link on how to replace the cartridge so that there are illustrations to this process.  The last instruction states to push on cartridge firmly.
