i bought a HP photosmart wireless b110 series few days ago, but when i put the cartridges in, on the screen, it appears " incompatible ink cartridges, please use the SET UP cartridges that came with the printer" . ( only the yellow and the black ink appear on the screen at that time) . i thought there was something wrong with the yellow and the black ink, so i put the blue and pink ink out, and check again , on the screen , it just say " pink and blue cartridges appear to be missing or damaged." i put the blue and the pink ink cartridges back, on the screen it appears again like the first time " incompatible ink cartridges, please use the SET UP cartridges that came with the printer" . thank you so much for your help
