I have changed all of my inks and have used cleaner cartridges but to no use as my printer just will not print in any colour but Yellow. This is turning into a complete nightmare and I really love this printer and do not wish to get rid of it as not being a wizz on the computer this is the easiest printer for my needs.

Is this a photosmart? Just want to make sure of the model number, if its the c5180.

Hi, yes it is a HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One.
