Here's a video on replacing the ink cartridge that may be beneficial, especially with the removal process to ensure it is being performed correctly:

Model F4480 printer... followed all the steps to load cartidges correctly.  Color cartridge loaded well.  Black and white cartridge shifted down in pressing it in, and now is stuck.  HELP!!!
