I have a HP Photosmart Plus B209a, It only prints blank pages, i have set my preferences to grayscale an black ink only an still blank pages, i have turned it off, unplugged everything, waited 2 or 3 minutes an still blank pages, i am positive i have a full black ink cartridge, print preview shows what i'm printing, i even took the cartridge out an put it back in and it STILL PRINTS BLANK PAGES!!! somebody PLEASE help me out here!!

In order to isolate the problem, please print an hardware Self Test report:
- On the control panel Home Screen, touch the right arrow (
) to view more options. - Touch Setup (
). - Touch Tools .
- Touch Printer Status Report . The product prints the report.
What colors you may see comparing the sample below?
