Hello @swimkidz,

Welcome to the HP support forums.

I understand that you would like to print an invoice for your Instant Ink account.

I would like to help.

  • First log into your Instant Ink account.
  • Next select Printing History.
  • It will be on the current month, so select a previous month.
  • You should now see in the lower right corner a button that says "View as PDF".
  • Click
  • Save/Print :generic:

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

The printing of invoices is illogical and a complete waste of time.

I love the product, but as a business person having to print an invocie every month became really annoyed each month having to navigate through daft illogical links to find and pringt my invoice. I did not want to waste my time trawling through and learning about the admin side - can you not just hyperline my invoice and place it somewhere it is obvious?!

Even better, include a feature for it to be automatically emailed. I only joined this site to ask after getting fed up month in month out - I access so many different sites I don't have the time to waste learning about this guff which is like having to walk around an entire IKEA store to but a plate!

I concur.

We should be able to print invoices from 'account history'.

Judging by the number of users asking how to print their invoices, your UX guys must realise that their recent interface changes were dumb.
