i replaced my ink cartridge and now my printer says there's an error, i thought it might be the ink cartridge so i went and bought another one. The problems persits, so i installed the "set up cartridge" again and it worked fine. IDK what else im suppose to do...grrr
I really need to get this printer working, it's delayed my office work for 3 days now

Since it seems to be just that cartridge you are having trouble with I suggest calling HP Support. HP Ink cartridges their own warranty. If you following the link below you can find the phone number for support.
