strange problem

Hello ,

I have a brand new HP Laserjet M1132 MFP.

After two weeks 2 of the three lights are blinking.

The middle one , exclamation mark , and the right one, toner light.

It means the cartridge is not installed correctly or is missing.

So I bought a new cartridge but I have the same problem.

The printer cannot do anything.

 

What to do?

When all three lights blink like this is means that he product has experienced a fatal error from which it can' t recover. You need to:
 
 
 
 
  1. Turn off the product or disconnect the power cord from the product.

  2. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn on the product or reconnect the power cord to the product.

  3. Wait for the product to initialize.

 

If the error persists, contact HP customer support.

Ensure that all the packaging is being removed from the toner cartridge.
