the printer is not printing the correct color even though there is plenty of ink

How do I fix a printer that is not printing files in the correct color despite there being plenty of ink? Thanks!

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system?  Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

Hi-

 

It is HP Officejet 6500 wireless. Model E709n. It takes the 920 ink. There are no error messages and I'm on Windows 7.
