My new Deskjet D2668 goes low on Tri-Color. After following the link of support shown in HP Solution Center
I bought a new set of HP-60 cartridges. Then the printer said "incompatible print cartridge". I cannot find HP-818 (the built-in introductory cartridges originally attached to the machine) cartridges in Vietnam.

Hi StoneVN07
What country are you now based in? You may need to get a region reset, check out the link below for details.

Hi Clara,
Thanks for your message. I am using the D2668 from Vietnam, my country but I don't know where it was originally used (or intended to be used). I contacted HP Vietnam Phone Support but they told me this model is not phone-supported and I have to look for it myself on HP websites. Please advise how to re-set HP-60 cartridges. I tried an "electrical reset" as prompted from the following link http://www.ehow.com/how_7277925_reset-hp-60-cartri
