wont print in color

My officejet J4550 cb780a will not print in color. I have replaced the ink cartage a few times. There are no error messages. It is not filling in the color areas with black, it just isn't printing any colors at all. I have windows 7 32 bit. I just down loaded the software driver today so I can use the printer on this computer. It all seems to be working normal except that there is no color coming out.
