Deskjet printer HP 1050  .Sr No.14232 YMO

Operating system Windows XP

The copies are darker than the original and the whites are a light grey shade

No changes made to the printer

  • Try doing a power drain
  • If that doesnot work ,uninstall and reinstall the printer's software from control panel

 the copies are darker than the original. please  give address where  I can show it. I showed it  your representative and am told nothing much can be done. The whites show light grey and after multiple copying the results are very dark .can send the results where ever you want for confirmastion. the printer was purchased on Aug 25 th 2011.
