Hello, @Chuckb5295 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums! I saw your post about the printer issue and will be glad to be of your assistance 🙂

Yes, you can assign an email address to your printer 🙂

You can assign an email address to the printer and can simply email the document or photo you want to print directly to the printer from anywhere with an active Internet connection. This feature is known as “HP ePrint”.

If your printer is connected to the wireless network, then follow the steps below to setup the ePrint:

  1. On your printer control panel, touch or press the HP ePrint  icon or button. Check fig. below:
  1. If a prompt to turn on Web Services or setup HP ePrint displays, touch or press Turn On, Enable, or Setup, depending on your printer control panel, follow the on-screen instructions, and then continue to the next step.
  2. If you are prompted to update the firmware, touch or press OK.
  3. If a Web Services Summary screen or connected status displays, Web Services is already on.
  4. Click Print Info to obtain an information sheet, and then continue to the next step.
  5. Locate the printer's email address on the information sheet and simply sent an email from any network devices to get the email printed.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Good luck 🙂
