allready posted a question, no help what so ever.
lots of people have issues with this (and pardon me) lousy printer.
spend lots of euro on original inkt.
done all things mentioned.
NO BLACK and allready losy color print with , yes again ....new cardridges.
does anyone have a working solution for this problem.
i see a lot of .... check your inbox, and problem fixed.
my printer is out off waranty.... just to let you know.
My question to a admin:
whats wrong with these printers.
used hp for 14 years now never had a worse product like this before.

Like so many of you, I've spent well over an hour (and countless black-free pages) trying to get my printer to print BLACK. Well, I may have a solution. It's a mechanical problem -- the round screen, directly below the ink cartridge, appeared clogged when viewed with a focused flashlight. I simply wiped my clean index finger several times over the screen, washing my finger with water each time and thoroughly drying it with every swipe. I then used the "clean head" procedure as outlined by HP. Voila!

I was really hopefull, but now.... still waiting for an anwser.
I think something is really wrong with these printers, as i see so many people with problems.
HP. Can i still expect an anwser?
