6812 all in one

I am having a problem with both of my printers. I already posted a question on the other one that I got because of problems with my 6812 all in one. I get my glossy labels from onlinelabels.com. I have had no problem with my printer lining up with  the template I downloaded from them until just recently. All of a sudden the labels are cut off. I'm assuming it is a problem with the way paper is being pulled in?

The coating on glossy media may over time cause the rollers to lose their grip.  I would suggest cleaning the rollers as shown in Solution Three of the troubleshooting document here, that should resolve the misalignment on your Officejet 6812 printer.
