7110 officejet
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

After installing some windows 10 updatesmy 7110 officejet printer does not have an A3 print option on the list.

Re - installed drivers and firmware and the problem persists.

I also created a custom A3 paper size and the printer prints only within A4 size limits.

 

Please Help!

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this.

  • Did the issue not get corrected after printer firmware update?
  • Do you know what windows 10 update was installed that could have caused this?

For now please check this option out. When two-sided printing is enabled, in the ADF, A3 option will not work. Please ensure that 2 sided printing is disabled. Please disable it.

If this does not work, please perform a system restore to factory settings  before the issue started and before the update from this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03327545

 

Please follow the option “Restore your computer when Windows starts normally”.

Then uninstall the printer software completely by performing these steps:

  •  In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.

 

Later please reinstall the full feature software from this link: http://hp.com/drivers Please follow the on-screen instructions from this link to download and install it.
