Sometimes a new print cartridge will solve the problem.  I did once have an issue with a new cartridge that displayed the same symptoms  The replacement was fine.  Even if the cartride is full, it can still be defective.

I went through the multiple cleaning over and over some time ago, and it did not help.

Have same issue; have tried everything several times to no avail.  Please help!  Just purchased many ink cartridges; hate to throw them and the printer away for another (non-HP) one.

Replaced the cartridge with a new one and it now works fine. Who would have thought?
Now how do I get a replacement for the faulty one? Don't like throwing away $34 cartridges!

Sincerely,

Bill Baerg

Hello trungthepham & Bill and welcome to the HP Forums!

@trungthepham - I would be happy to help, can you just let me know which HP Printer it is you're working with, thanks!

@baergy - I would recommend you call in to our phone support and inquire with them about getting a replacement cartridge.

Hope you both have a great day Smiley Happy

I tried another cartridge over the weekend and doesn't seem to make a difference.  Something is up with the black print head; other colors show.

Thanks trungthepham!
