Can't Open HP Deskjet 1510 series app

Hi,

I can't open my HP Deskjet 1510 series applications

The printer does print and the scanner does scan, everithing work perfectly, except the HP Deskjet 1510 series applications,

When I double clik the icon, nothing happen.

I can open the other applications like HP Scan and HP Photo Creation.

Please help me, because i can't monitor my printer's status.

• Create a Restore Point

Stop all programs:  Browsers, games, Applications, etc.

Control Panel > icon view > System > System Protection > 

Click (Highlight) your main disk (C) > Select Create a Restore Point

Next:

• Download and save a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software
• Uninstall existing Printer Software from Programs and Features
• Restart the computer and log in
• Open File Explorer > navigate to your Downloads folder
• Double-Click on the downloaded package to install the software
• When the installation is complete > Restart the computer and log in
