I recently changed routers from D-Link to a Netgear R6400. I was able to get my desktop, laptop and i-Pad to connect to the new network, but not my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. When I try to go in to change the IP address, which is what I believe I need to do, the screen says "this feature has been locked by your system administrator or whoever set up the system." I am the only one using this printer and I set it up originally, but I don't remember "locking" anything. Please advise me how to fix this problem so I can use the printer again.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP forum.
One suggestion that we'd recommend is to Uninstall and reinstall the FULL feature software.
Alternatively, can you try the Print and Scan doctor?
Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem
