Cannot print black

Black prints very pale on photosmart6525 - boought new hp cartridge same problem

Take a look at this HP doc. on how to clean the printhead.

Try clearing your head by the driver.

Been in computer business before PC invented - I have tried all that have been described in HP docs - cleaned multiple times.

Test page shows very pale printing, and the black test has pale patch on left (should be black), dark grey in middle and light grey on right.  This  occurred with two cartridges - got to be a printer problem.

@jenglish12150,  since the printer has a non-removable printhead you can try cleaning it using one of the videos on youtube as a guide.

i just put in   a new color cartridge but colors dont print
