Hello --
I hope I can ask a good question. We just changed to a new internet provider today and my computer will no longer connect to my wireless printer. It says, "Printing" but then the progress bar never moves, and no printout occurs.
Vista operating system, HP 6500 Wireless printer (all-in-one).
Do I need to reload my drivers? How can I tell which Vista I am running?
Thank you in advance for your help,
drmony

Try resetting the wireless settings and connect the printer to the new network.
First press Setup>Network settings>Restore Network Defaults.
Then press Setup>Network Settigns>Wireless Setup Wizard.
This should reconnect the printer to the network.

I am sorry --
the box says "Progress" and then "Preparing" at the bottom with a bar. Nothing happens with the bar. After a few seconds it say completing 1 of 1, but then nothing happens. I have tried following Guided Solution, and I printed a Printer Status Report. Still no connection from the laptop to the printer.
My printer listing shows HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series
Thanks.
