So, called HP support. Have everything I need but my black printer cartridge from the US is completely out of ink so I'm unable to print the page that support needs to change my region (!!!!!).  I am presently in Italy but called the UK office as the Italian office has no english option for their automated system.  WHAT INFORMATION is on the Printer Status Report?  Is there anyway I can get this WITHOUT having to print this report????? I am not buying a new printer here - I am on a US boat with 110 . 4 calls and half my day wasted, not to mention the $$ dished out for the new cartridges. GRRRRRRR!!!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

 

They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
