110 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I now have two HP printers ..... 110 all in one and a 1300 all in one that will not print in color. 

They print in black only.  They both have new color cartridges. 

The tests show full cartridges .They are both set to print in color. 

Trouble shooting shows nothing wrong.  The cartridges have had print heads cleaned. 

Both of these printers have worked perfectly in the past.  I believe they stopped printing due to a Windows 10 automatic up date. 

The 1300 prints the test sheet in color but will not print a photo ( for example) in color.

The 110 does not print anything in  color.

I tried to print from another PC and got the same results...so that eliminates the PC as the source oft the problem.

I still think it is due to a Windows 10 up date.

Any suggestions????
