Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Tried to print a photo from my online album. Removed A4 paper from tray and replaced with photo paper, 102mm x 152mm. Photo came out looking like it had tried to print A4 size! 

There is no way to change size of paper (or photo paper). Tried using Printer Pro which does give you the option to change sizes, only to get message on printer, that the size was not recognised! So frustrating.
