I have been getting error 0xc6fd0113 on my OfficeJet x576dw, it has been happening infrequently for about a month but now after each page get the error stating there is a printer or ink system failure with the error code 0xc6fd0113.

 

The machine is 12 days out of warranty! Argghhh!

 

Any ideas?

Contact HP support, they should be able to help you.

Dont worry if there is no warranty.

did you ever get this error resolved? I have the same one, on hold with HP now.

No, not resolved. Spoke with HP who said that the error code was a head fault and the only resolution was to replace the machine. They wanted over £200 to replace the machine with a refurbished one that only had a 3 month guarantee. I was not happy with this and still have a faulty machine.

if the printer is covered under warranty, do not worry and please do contact Tech support team and will be able to assist you.
