I have a HP Office Jet Pro x476dw.  The Printer keeps showing the error code 0xc6fd0513.  "There is a problem with the Ink or Print System. Turn Printer off then on. If problem persists contact HP"

If I tunr it off the printer will work for a few copies then the error code and message above re appears.  I am using HP brand ink cartridges and have reinstalled them severla times to no avail.

Please Help?

Hi,

Thank you for your query to HP forum. I will try my best to help you.

I am sorry to hear your problem.

This is very likely a print head defect and it is not fixable so you would need to have it replaced. Please call the service center in your country.

Hope it helps.

Good day,

Power cycle might help:

1. disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet

2. wait for 30 seconds

3. connect the power cable to the wall outlet

4. turn on the printer

Contact HP if issue still persist
