Hello and thank you for contacting us on HP Support Forums! I'd like to help you with your HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer 🙂

I tried to search for the error codes you sent and did not find any relevant information. I suggest you to install printer using wireless connection.

Lets connect the printer to the wireless network available at your place.

Please disconnect the USB cable from printer and follow the steps from this link to run wireless setup wizard: http://hp.care/2bUTeYR

Note: refer to steps from " Step 3: Connect to the wireless network."

After the printer is successfully connected to the wireless network, run the printer setup again and choose connection type as wireless.

If the software does not run or gives similar errors then I recommend to uninstall the printer drivers/software and download it again.

Note: First we need to uninstall existing drivers/software and only then download and install the new drivers/software.
You may download and install your printer drivers/software from this link: http://hp.care/2bUTmrq

During installation, the software will prompt you to choose the connection type and then you may select wireless.

Keep me posted. Good luck!

Regards,

Kazi
