The printer was printing all pink.  Ran the clean printhead through all 3 levels.  Improved at the 3rd level, but then printed and it was pink again.  Realigned the printheads, showed beautiful blue.  Printed test page (quality diagnotic page) and pink band are at the top of the blue box and orange band on the green box.  Ran another printhead cleaning cycle and it almost seems worse.

Any suggestions?

Greetings!!@EJ-62

Thanks for reaching out to the forums.I understand that you are having print quality issues on your printer.Thank you for sharing the issue details. I will certainly do my best to help you.

Here is a list of steps that commonly resolve issues:

Step 1: Take out the magenta and cyan printhead clean it manually and reinsert it again.

Step 2: check any damage on the magenta ink cartridge, try to use the spare magenta or old magenta cartridge just to diagnose the issue.

Please find the documents for step by step institutions, Document 1Document 2.

Hope this helps, for any further queries reply to the post and feel free to join us again.
