Hello, 

I have a relatively new printer, and wanted to replace the ink cartridge for the first time. I bought a genuine HP black incartridge for it, and insterted it but an error message came up saying:

I have tried restarting the printer, and cleaning the ink cartridge but still no luck. I don't have the receipt to return/replace the print cartridge, so I was wondering if there way any way to get this cartridge to work?

Sounds like best bet is to contact HP Support for a replacement. The warranty ends date is 2yrs from date of manufacture and will be lasermarked onto the cartridge body..

I have brand new cartridges left over from and old printer. These are black and color 61xl. Will these work in the new HP Deskjet 21340 all in one?

Am having the same problem with my HP DeskJet 2130. After I install new ink it gives me Incompatible Ink Cartridges..
need help.
I just bought a new refill ink and curious if all the inks are not the same.
I don't get that trend

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer as you receive an error "Incompatible Ink Cartridges"

 

This issue could occur if the electrical contacts on the cartridges are not working or defective.

 

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

I request you to install genuine HP ink cartridges as the refill cartridges will completely damage the printer.

 

Also, let us know the operating system installed on the computer from the link: Windows Operating System or Mac Operating System
