HP Deskjet 2540

Hi,

 

When I try to print documents on my printer, it keeps deleting the documents from the print queue before they print. When I check the status it goes from 'spooling' to 'printing' and then 'deleting' without me doing anything. I have printed things earlier today, and it was fine but not any more. Please help!

I read your post on how your HP Deskjet 2540 is deleting your print jobs. And, I am happy to look into this for you!

Hi again,

 

I used the scan and fix tool on the HP website and downloaded some new software, turned my laptop and printer on and off again a few times and it seems to be sorted for now!
