HP ENVY 5640 e
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ive just changed my router to a new ISP issued router, however now my printer is always offline and i cant print from any of my devices. Ive changed the printers IP address to static in the router settings as that was mentioned in another post but its still offline. I had this problem with my last ENVY which made me get rid of it to buy this new one.

Im no PC tech geek or anything so im really stuck.

Please help!
