Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

There are no error messages.  When the print preview comes up all looks fine.  when the page is printed the lines and shading of the table print but not the words or numbers.

Hello Lanna2,

 

Please try to clean the printheads then print again.

 

Here are the steps to clean the cartridges from the printer display:
a. Load Letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.
b. From the printer control panel display, touch Setup .
c. Touch Printer Maintenance , select Clean Printhead, and then follow the on-screen instructions
