HP LaserJet CM1415fnw Automatic document feeder failure

Hi coexl. In my case the cm1415 the cable goes from the formatter card located in the right side (where the touchscreen is) continues below the scanner crystal and exits in the back left corner to enter the feeder motor.

i think you can call HP to buy this spare. I have not the option so I refurbished mine

I could use the factory reset procedure.  I cleaned every prescribed part and it still reads mispick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have You checked the ribbon cable? As I described it may be broken

Hi Jason,

Saw that you were replying on the ADF CM1415.  I have the same problem cleaning doesn't do it.  It has never worked until I have to copy a lot.  Could you help me out?  Thanks.

Buenas tardes este tipo de error es causado por el cable flex ya q se quiebra internamente y tiende a no reconocer el alimentador automatico, espero q esto le sirva de ayuda
