Product: OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 says "Current printer default is: Send to One Note 2016'. This is new this morning. I can't print anything, it's sending it to a program I don't use and don't want to use. I just want to print a document or photo. How do I  get back to my old default?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

From file Print, instead of selecting One Note, select your printer to print.  Example:

 

 

Select printer to print.jpg

 

What software are you using?
