P/N CC975B, FOR LAST I WEEK NOTOCING THAT TOUCHSCREEN IS NOT WORKING, SO NO COMMAND FOR PRINTING CAN BE GIVEN. DOES IT WANT TOUCHSCREEN REPLACEMENT???????????????

I would recommend contacting support, as this sounds like it is a hardware issue.

No help from CC & part cann't be replaced as they say part is not available, though the printer is available for purchase online at variuos site, Any mobile touch screen of the same size may work    An open question for discussion.
