Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

My HP OfficeJet 4630 is displaying "REFLASH 12345".   It won't print.  What do I do to restore it to health?

Contact HP:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear​

    Please call our technical support at 800-474-6836 for your warranty options, as this is a hardware malfunction

 

I called that number and got a computerized voice response that only told me to go to your website for answers.  There did not seem to be any option that would get me to a human being who could solve my problem.  I've searched your website, and all I can find is a recommendation to call the 800 number.

 

What must I do to get to talk to (or even email) a human being?

I understand you are having trouble reaching the phone support and to help you out I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
