new ink, color and black,  have tried unplugging the cords and resetting.  opened the vent on the black and cleaned the head.  Still it prints extremely faded.  Help  thanks

I would like to help you out with the print quality issue you are having. I see you have done some steps already, have you followed the steps on the documents posted so far? This will help me understand where you are in the the troubleshooting process.

Hi,  I have tried all the steps that have been recommeded already,  Disconnected the USB cord and power, checked the cartridge and vent and cleaned it with the tools app etc.  What else would you suggest?  The color prints just fine, but when it is color and black together the black is very light or non-existant.  thanks

Is it always from the same source that this happens? Try printing from a different program and a different  photo or object what happens?

I solved the Problem. I Tossed the HP Printer in the TRASH and Purchased a Cannon.

These HP Printers last only a year. You got me 3 years in a row. Now I changed Brands

Hi,  We are printing from a new Mac and an older HP computer. The HP is slightly better, but the  Mac is nearly blank.  Help.  My kids a mad because they can't print off their homework!  Thanks

I understand you are having an issue with Printing from the Mac. If you follow the link and download and install the Full Feature Software for your version of Mac it should resolve your issue.
