I understand you are seeing an ink system error and an OXC19a0023 error code on your 6510 printer. I see from your description that you have tried the troubleshooting steps, but I suggest taking a look at the following document to ensure you have indeed completed all of the recommended troubleshooting: HP Printers - Resolving Printhead Problems and Ink System Failure.
If you have completed all of the suggested solutions I recommend you call us. What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
Please let me know whether the issue is resolved and/or the outcome of your call with phone support.

welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 6510 printer. I understand that it is printing blank pages and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Check estimated ink levels.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly.
Clean the printhead.
Click here and refer the document to perform above mentioned steps.
