Product: HP Photosmart C4780

I just connected this HP all in one to my computer.  It will not scan to my computer.  It will scan to an SD card with no problem.  What can I do to make it scan to my computer?

I read your post on how your HP Photosmart c4780 printer is not scanning to your computer. I am happy to help! 

 

Some questions for you:

 

  • How is the printer connected, Wireless, Ethernet, or USB?

  • What is the Operating System, you are using, Windows, or Mac? What version?

 

In the meantime, perhaps one of these guides will help: 

 

 

For future reference, here, is your printer's user guide.
